Mera Bharath Mahaan...

Anand is an 8 year old normal school going boy. His teacher had caught him for cheating in an exam but he refuses to agree so.
“Why did you cheat?”
“I didn’t cheat madam. I wrote the exam according to the given instructions which said to fill in the answers in the answer sheet.”
“But you copied it from Pooja.”
“No, madam. I didn’t copy the answer from anyone. I’m innocent.”
“Did you or not look into her paper?”
“Yes, madam. I did.”
“So, you have cheated.”
“No, madam. I didn’t do anything.”
“But you just agreed on looking into her paper.”
“Yes, I did. But how can you conclude that I cheated in the exam?”
“Well, you were found continuously looking into her paper and the answer in your paper completely matches with hers every word by word.”
“But that isn’t conclusive. The words that she has written or that I have written are the same as given in the textbook.”
“But you had to look into her paper to know the same”
“Madam, according to article 7.2 from our school constitution book, cheating is defined as that act committed by a student when he/she indulges in copying textual or pictorial information from another student or any other source of information like textbook, a piece of paper, notebook etc. which are not permissible in the exam hall. Now, nowhere does it include my case wherein I have written words that are exactly the same as used in the textbook when I didn’t have any during the point of examination nor did the student, from whom I have been accused of copying, had any. So, according to this if I have committed a crime, then so has Pooja. But since none of us had a textbook or any source of information non-permissible in the exam hall, it cannot be proved that I have cheated in the exam.
The teacher is dumbfounded. She asks the student, “Who has been teaching you all this? Your parents?”
“No madam. My parents themselves are not aware of such knowledge. It is from our current leaders and ministers I have been able to gain such knowledge.”
